What lakes in south Texas are good Crappie Lakes?

South Texas usually refers to the area south of an imaginary line from Victoria to Del Rio. I'd say Choke Canyon and Lake Corpus Christi would be the best 2 lakes for that region.

If you are including SE Texas in this area then I'd add Lake Houston; Houston Co.; Sam Rayburn; Livingston; Conroe; and Sommerville. Small lakes like Gibbons Creek and Coletto Creek are good too.
